MORGXN (Morgan Isaac Karr) is a Nashville-born and based artist celebrated for emotionally charged live performances that blend cinematic pop, raw vulnerability, and communal connection. With a background rooted in musical theater and years of touring experience, his shows are known for their intensity, intimacy, and ability to meet audiences exactly where they are.

A former original Broadway cast member of the Tony® and Grammy® Award-winning musical Spring Awakening, MORGXN brings a performer’s instinct and storyteller’s depth to the stage. Since the release of his debut album vital in 2018 — featuring the Top 10 Alternative Radio hit “home” with Walk The Moon — he has built a formidable live résumé, performing at major festivals including Lollapalooza, Firefly, and Hangout, and touring extensively with artists such as X Ambassadors, ARIZONA, Skylar Grey, Miike Snow, Smallpools, Patrick Droney, and Robert DeLong.

In recent years, MORGXN has expanded his live work into orchestral and special-presentation settings, performing Carole King’s iconic Tapestry album with symphony orchestras across multiple U.S. cities. These performances highlight his vocal range, interpretive depth, and ability to translate deeply personal material to large, seated audiences without losing emotional immediacy.

MORGXN’s live impact has been amplified by major media moments, including a performance of his viral single “WONDER” alongside Sara Bareilles on Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2021, and the debut of his single “My Revival” on The Kelly Clarkson Show following the release of his 2024 album BEACON. His music has also been featured widely across television, with placements on ABC, HBO, SHOWTIME, NBC, and The CW.

In 2022, he performed with the American Pops Orchestra in the first nationally televised PBS program dedicated to celebrating LGBTQ+ stories and performers.
