Music in Demand is a division of The Gaybors Group, and represents diverse musical talent — from rock and roll, pop, classical, electronic, hiphop, country, dance, spoken word and more – each a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and available to book individually or alongside drag performers and event hosts.

Logan Lynn

Co-Founder, CEO + President: Music in Demand

Logan Lynn is a songwriter, producer, filmmaker, television personality, band manager, and activist who Billboard writes “has made a career out of crafting catchy, disorderly songs that almost all include big beats, fun melodies and cheeky lyrics” He has been producing and releasing music for the past 25 years, and has albums and singles on Caroline Records, EMI Records, The Dandy Warhols’ Beat The World Records, Greyday Records, Mohr Media, Banana Stand Records, his own label imprint Logan Lynn Music, and Kill Rock Stars. 

Lynn was named one of the OUT100 in the Performers of the Year category by Out Magazine in 2021. He is the former host of NewNowNext Music on MTV’s Logo Network and has appeared in a number of televised commercial spots for the channel. His videos have been featured on MTV, VH1, Logo, Spike TV, Revry, and countless digital platforms since 1999, and his music has appeared in international advertising campaigns by CoverGirl Cosmetics, Oscar de la Renta, Nicole Miller, Volkswagen and other major brands. He has also done music for television and film, including EastSiders on Netflix, as well as The Library and Unconventional on Revry. 

In addition to his own music career, Logan Lynn is also an experienced music industry executive, nonprofit leader, and community connector. He received the prestigious 2017 Award of Excellence from the National Council for his advocacy work in music, TV, film and community, and for founding the Keep Oregon Well campaign to fight the stigma of mental illness. In 2018 Kink FM named him one of The Portland 50, honoring the people who “dreamt, built and championed the innovation, growth and uniqueness of Portland”. 

That same year, Alternative Rockers Portugal. The Man partnered with Logan Lynn on infusing advocacy into their summer tour, engaging the crowds around music and mental health at each sold-out show. In 2019 it was announced that Lynn had officially joined the Portugal. The Man team. Since that time, Logan has been a key member of the band’s management. In his role he oversees the band’s two charitable initiatives, Pass The Mic and Frances Changed My Life. He also manages apparel and brand activations for the band, alongside the Knik brand, which he is currently developing in partnership with John Gourley of Portugal. The Man. In the years since launching Pass The Mic, he has expanded this work with other bands and artists, including NOFX, Lucy Dacus, Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker, Boygenius, and more. 

Logan is also a Creative Consultant for GoDaddy, with a focus on the .gay (DotGay) Domain at GoDaddy Registry after serving as the global PR + Creative Director for the domain from 2019-2023. He held this role from before the brand’s inception, spearheading the global launch, associated PR and creative campaigns; then designing and overseeing what would ultimately become the most successful domain launch in internet history. In 2023 he helped successfully transition the .gay brand to GoDaddy, where he remains in his role overseeing creative for the domain, activating campaigns with George Takei, GLAAD, CenterLink, PFLAG National, Adam Lambert, Roxane Gay and hundreds of other Queer and Trans luminaries over the years. 

From 2014-2018 Lynn served as Chief Impact Officer on the Executive Team at Trillium Group, which oversees the Trillium Family Foundation, the national Mental Health Matters public health advocacy campaign, and the Oregon-based Keep Oregon Well campaign, of which he was the brainchild and co-founder. Trillium Group also operates Trillium Family Services – Oregon’s largest provider of mental and behavioral healthcare for children and families, the organization Logan served as Chief Communications Officer for simultaneously during this time.

In the early 2000s Lynn was a project manager for Portland Tenspeed, responsible for the branding, site selection and construction of American Apparel’s first 35 retail locations when the company first launched. Through his team’s work, Lynn helped transform American Apparel from a wholesale mom-and-pop operation doing $40,000 in sales annually to a $150 million dollar enterprise when he exited in 2008. Through his work with Portland Tenspeed he also launched Fashion Design Camp, as well as many creative campaigns that kicked off community conversations and public advocacy.

Todd Murray

Co-Founder: Music in Demand

Todd Murray is the Co-Founder of Music in Demand and the Founder and President of The Gaybors Group, which includes Gaybors Agency, Drag in Demand, Music in Demand, and Drag Trips. A proud and unapologetic member of the LGBTQ+ community, Todd has dedicated his career to advocacy and to building platforms that create visibility, opportunity and lasting impact for the community he proudly calls home.

His journey began over two decades ago with the founding of Hope’s Voice, a groundbreaking agency that brought LGBTQ+ voices, perspectives and conversations to college and university campuses across the country. From there, Todd launched the international campaign Does HIV Look Like Me?, produced in several countries—including Mexico, South AfricaSwaziland and the United States, which sparked critical global dialogue around HIV stigma. He later founded Gaybors Agency, now the largest LGBTQ+ creator agency in the United States, empowering and creating opportunities for LGBTQ+ creators; affectionately known as “gaybors.”

In 2025 Todd partnered with Logan Lynn to launch Music in Demand, focused on uplifting LGBTQ+ artists and voices across the music industry. Music in Demand celebrates LGBTQ+ artists while ensuring LGBTQ+ dollars stay where they belong — in the gayborhood. Supported by a growing team of Directors around the world, Music in Demand is more than an agency. It’s a movement rooted in visibility, inclusion and the power of queer creativity.

Todd knows that with power and privilege comes responsibility. Whether through national campaigns, creator partnerships, event or trip bookings, every transaction at The Gaybors Group contributes to the Gaybors Fund—which supports grassroots nonprofits, nominated by creators and talent, doing life-saving work in LGBTQ+ communities.
